This has been a challenging couple of years for everyone. We have been so proud of our children and their families and how well they have coped with such dramatic changes to their lives.
As early years providers we follow the government guidance to ensure we remain a safe and happy nursery for our children. Our practice is then updated accordingly.
It is no longer required for parents to test children for Covid-19, though if a child does positive the current recommendation is for them to isolate for 3 days. If the child is not tested but has a temperature or seems unwell they should remain off nursery until their temperature has gone and they are well enough to attend. As with any illness we will contact parents to collect their child if they become unwell whilst in nursery.
